Bayland Park Master Plan

Located on Bissonnet Street, the Bayland Park planning project will create a master plan for improvements in the existing Harris County Precinct 4 park. The master plan will provide recommendations for creating an inclusive park with improved facilities, programming, and connectivity to better serve the active and passive recreational and open space needs of the community.

PURPOSE OF THE MASTER PLAN

The Bayland Master Plan and Community Connectivity Analysis will focus on regional recreation and provide all-inclusive park services. An evaluation of all facilities and the potential for new facilities will be determined along with opportunities for potential partnerships with public and private entities. Throughout this journey, we are dedicated to actively involving stakeholders and community members, ensuring their insights shape the entire process. Our vision is to enhance the community's experience through improved facilities, recreational features, aesthetic landscaping, and seamless park circulation.
