The Mission of the Infrastructure Division of Harris County Precinct 4 (P4ID) is to support the mission and vision of Commissioner Lesley Briones and Harris County Precinct 4, develop and administer Precinct 4’s Capital Improvement Projects Program (CIP), long-term planning and development, and to operate and maintain road and bridge infrastructure. P4ID focuses on delivering resilient and sustainable infrastructure in a multi-disciplinary and team-oriented environment. The team employs processes that are inclusive and data-driven, relying on innovation and industry best practices to improve the natural and built environment.

Transgender Day of Remembrance falls on November 20th every year. The day is a time for people to honor and celebrate Transgender individuals lost due to anti-Transgender violence. In 2024 alone, at least 28 Transgender individuals have been killed and an untold number have taken their own lives due to bullying and discrimination.

Apprenticeship Advantage is more than an “earn while you learn” program
