The Mission of the Infrastructure Division of Harris County Precinct 4 (P4ID) is to support the mission and vision of Commissioner Lesley Briones and Harris County Precinct 4, develop and administer Precinct 4’s Capital Improvement Projects Program (CIP), long-term planning and development, and to operate and maintain road and bridge infrastructure. P4ID focuses on delivering resilient and sustainable infrastructure in a multi-disciplinary and team-oriented environment. The team employs processes that are inclusive and data-driven, relying on innovation and industry best practices to improve the natural and built environment.
