The Mission of the Infrastructure Division of Harris County Precinct 4 (P4ID) is to support the mission and vision of Commissioner Lesley Briones and Harris County Precinct 4, develop and administer Precinct 4’s Capital Improvement Projects Program (CIP), long-term planning and development, and to operate and maintain road and bridge infrastructure. P4ID focuses on delivering resilient and sustainable infrastructure in a multi-disciplinary and team-oriented environment. The team employs processes that are inclusive and data-driven, relying on innovation and industry best practices to improve the natural and built environment.

On Jan. 29, Commissioner Lesley Briones officially renamed the Alief Linear Forest as the Barbara Quattro Forest, honoring her years of advocacy for greenspaces. Surrounded by family, friends, Alief ISD students, and other community members, Quattro watched as Precinct 4 installed the sign marking the name change.
