The Mission of the Infrastructure Division of Harris County Precinct 4 (P4ID) is to support the mission and vision of Commissioner Lesley Briones and Harris County Precinct 4, develop and administer Precinct 4’s Capital Improvement Projects Program (CIP), long-term planning and development, and to operate and maintain road and bridge infrastructure. P4ID focuses on delivering resilient and sustainable infrastructure in a multi-disciplinary and team-oriented environment. The team employs processes that are inclusive and data-driven, relying on innovation and industry best practices to improve the natural and built environment.

Anyone can sign up for a plot at two of the community centers — Burnett Bayland and Freed. The third community garden is reserved for seniors and is located at Glazier Senior Education Center. Applications are reviewed yearly during the summer, and if approved, the resident has control over their plot for one year, starting in September.
