A fantastic dog park for both large and small dogs, Congressman Bill Archer Dog Park, located at 3201 State Hwy. 6 North, Houston, is chock-full of amenities. You will find two agility courses for dogs, 16 benches, a portion of the park for larger dogs, a park for smaller dogs, two dog showers, six drinking fountains, a lake/pond, restrooms, five shade pavilions/canopies, and a skate park. The park is 17 acres in size, with a mile of trails, and operating hours of 7 a.m. to dusk.
