Harris County Precinct 4 will launch a new community tradition this fall with the inaugural Find Your Four Alief Block Party, a free celebration of the food, music, art, culture, and people that make Alief one of Houston's most vibrant and diverse neighborhoods.
The event will take place Saturday, October 3, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Precinct 4’s Amity Park and is the first in the Find Your Four Block Party Series.
“Find Your Four” is an innovative regional tourism effort led by Commissioner Lesley Briones, connecting residents and visitors to over 3,000 community events, attractions, restaurants, and accommodations throughout Harris County Precinct 4. The initiative will increase visibility for small businesses and hotels, drive foot traffic, and generate local revenue.
Precinct 4 is one of the most diverse and dynamic areas in Harris County. With more than 600 attractions, 300 hotels, and over 2,000 unique restaurants, the Precinct offers a wide range of experiences for residents and visitors alike.
From global cuisine and live entertainment to local artists and community organizations, the Alief Block Party will highlight the neighborhood's rich cultural diversity while creating opportunities for neighbors to connect, support local businesses, and celebrate the community they call home.
Throughout the day, attendees can enjoy:
- Live music and performances celebrating Alief's many cultures
- Food from more than 18 local restaurants and food vendors
- Local artists, makers, and interactive art experiences
- Family-friendly games and activities
- Community organizations and neighborhood businesses
- Culture, creativity, wellness, and connection activations
- The unveiling of a new mural at Amity Park
Whether attendees have lived in Alief for decades or are discovering the neighborhood for the first time, the Find Your FourAlief Block Party offers an opportunity to explore local flavors, experience diverse cultures, connect with neighbors, and celebrate everything that makes the community unique.
The event is free and open to the public. Residents are encouraged to RSVP at findyourfour.info/rsvp to receive event updates, entertainment announcements, food vendor spotlights and important information leading up to the event.
